Motorcycling is an inherently dangerous activity which can result in serious injury or even death. All products sold by Cycle Control, LLC are intended for closed competition use only. All products must be installed by a qualified professional. Cycle Control, LLC assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind due to the use, misuse or improper application of any merchandise by any person. Cycle Control, LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever.

Warranty

All Cycle Control products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Defective products will be replaced or credit given at our discretion. Cycle Control makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Any use of and/or manipulation of a product in such a way other than for its intended purpose will void any and all warranties.

Payment Terms

We currently accept PayPal Payments via our online shopping cart. Personal Checks, Money Orders, and Cashier's checks are also accepted to the address listed on our Contact Us page. Please allow sufficient time for payments to clear. Once payment is cleared your order is marked complete and will go out for shipping.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. Most orders completed before 2pm EST can be shipped that day. Otherwise, all orders will be shipped the day after the order is completed. Any order placed after 2pm EST on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday with the exception of Monday being a holiday. Express shipping is available upon request. All items leave from Pittsburgh, PA.

Return Policy

Products will be accepted for return provided a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is obtained within fourteen (14) days of receipt of product. All returned products must be in their original / unmodified / undamaged form. All return shipments must be pre-paid, no COD shipments will be accepted. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. If the return is a result of an error on our part, we will refund all payments (including shipping). Returns due to customer error will be refunded via store credit (minus shipping).

Out of Stock Items

We do our best to keep all items listed on our website in stock. However, if for any reason an item becomes unavailable you (the customer) will be notified via e-mail ASAP and given the options of:
a.) Waiting for the item to become available (an approximate time will be given)
b.) A full refund or account credit.

Damaged Goods & Missing Parts

If you receive parts damaged by the Shipping Carrier, or if you are missing parts; you must contact us within 24 hours to file a claim.
